We want to be sure you’re 100% satisfied with your Corkcicle product. If you have had a change of heart and would like to return some or all of the products you’ve purchased on Corkcicle.com, follow these easy steps below.Corkcicle offers free returns for items purchased on Corkcicle.com within the last 30 days for new, unused products in their original packaging.
STEP 1
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. However, items damaged due to manufacturer’s defect may be eligible for replacement. Please see Corkcicle’s Warranty policy.
STEP 2
Submit a returns request using our online form below.
STEP 3
A customer service representative will respond within 24 hours to ensure your purchase qualifies for a free return. If so, a prepaid return shipping label will be e-mailed to you.
STEP 4
Print and affix the prepaid return shipping label to a box that includes the items you are returning, including a copy of your initial order receipt inside the box, and drop it off at any UPS Shipping Center.
STEP 5
Your card will be credited as soon as we receive the items back in our warehouse.
